Virtus.pro signs an Apex Legends roster

Virtus.pro is returning to Apex Legends with a new roster! The Bears will be represented by an Australian roster that previously played under the Team Burger tag:

Dylan "Prycyy" Price;

Isaac "Wey" Gorial;

Rick "Sharky" Wirth;

Bilal "urban" Fulat (coach).

Nikolai Petrosssian, CEO of Virtus.pro:

"We continue to expand our presence in the pool of top tier esports disciplines.

We had an Apex Legends roster in 2019/20, but due to various factors, the club was unable to fully realize that project. Now we are returning to a much more carefully structured esports discipline with clear perspectives. Currently, organizations can work more freely on their projects in the long term, because EA provides clubs with certain guarantees and motivation for developing their rosters. At the moment, Apex Legends is quite high on our list of priorities, and we are ready to invest a lot of resources in this discipline and build far-reaching development plans for both our roster and the entire scene."

Nikita Lutov, Chief Esports Development Officer at Virtus.pro:

"Our new lineup consists of relatively young, yet experienced players who confidently perform at the regional level and are ready to move up to a higher tier. They have qualified for the first Major of the ALGS 2024 season, which will take place in Los Angeles in early May, so soon we will see the Bears at another million-dollar tournament!"
